Perpetual License Holder marooned on Unity 5.1.2f1

Hi,

I turned off update notifications in Unity Pro and have never got one since.

Going to ‘Update Unity’ results in me being told 5.1.2f1 is the latest version and while old posts here tell me to download the latest version from the site I see licensing has since changed to being Subscription Only.

I really need to get a project working and one of the plugins insists on having a more recent version… while licensed to have it I cant get it.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated! Have a looming deadline and am getting a bit emo about this. :slight_smile:

The Update Unity inside the editor seems to be unreliable. Go ahead and download the latest version, your perpetual license will still cover it. The only change was for things going forwards, so you can’t buy an old perpetual license the same way anymore.
