Personal Edition at commercial use

May i use Personal Edition for commercial use with VR project? (Google Cardboard and same Vears)
It seems,that i should compile it to Android? and then use Cardboard?

P.S. of cource- if it less than 100 000 $ and so on:)

I am little indie developer and try to find good engine to make VR project.

Yes, provided you meet the terms of the license vis a vis revenue etc.

Ok,so can i make Vr game, send it to store and sell it?
And at slpash screen will be- “Personal Edition”.

And i can compile it to Android (and VR) with free? If so- it is good for me.
