Am I to understand that basically, if I get the free version, I will have everything except a customizable splash screen? I mean I don’t care about analytics or anything. I think that’s the only thing I would even care about. Which is not really a big deal!
All I want to do (I don’t make any money except for my window cleaning job haha) is make games and apps for free! To support my own music and to have my own adventures! (The adventures of Chuckstermetalmania!!) And geez I don’t know, maybe put a pay if you want button some where.
I have very humble needs… so I can basically do what ever, and if I end up making big time $$$ 100,000 and up, then I’d have to upgrade to the plus??
Are there any other limitations I should be aware of ? That’s really going to matter to ME?

It sounds like you already have it figured out. Outside of the splash screen limitation, the only other limitations all have to do with services provided by Unity rather than within the engine itself.
Well, in Pro/Plus there’s the dark grey skin in the Unity Editor instead of the light grey skin… that’s worth the price, right?
