How do we distort forms on Unity?
Make the base of a cylinder larger by exemple.
Does it need to write a script or is it presented as a tool?

Also, I am not 100% I understand correctly, but if I do, Unity is not a modelling tool and the operation you are describing is better suited for a modelling tool (like say, Blender).
