Hey, not sure where to post this. I need to create an app that i would import a picture from a phone gallery (i guess the easy part ) and then something similar like in photoshop, i could select rectangle tool/polygonal lasso tool, or just select let’s say four parts of the image, and have a ability to change a different picture inside this area…Any idea where to start ? I just don’t really know how to begin, any help is appreciated. Thanks
You can use GIMP or Adobe XD. Both are free
He said he wants to write a software like that and it was in 2017, I guess he either already done that or moved on already.
