Photon local objects

I am using photon’s PUN 2 to add online multiplayer to my 2D game. With the game, I am trying to simulate the player being at different floors by setting objects to isTrigger. With multiple players however, the walkability of surfaces will need to be different for each player. So, I would like to make my world so every player has their own local copy of it. I can’t use instantiate, as that requires every object to have it’s own prefab in a Resources folder. How can I duplicate an object for every player so they have their own local copy?
