Physics material help

I’m having trouble keeping my ai cars on the road. Previously I used drag to get the cars not so slide but I decided to change drag to 0 and use physics material instead.

The problem is that they start very slow and then go to a top speed and as soon as a curve comes the slide right off. If I increase the friction they come to a stop after the curve because the friction is too high. I’m new to physics material so I would appreciate some help.

Don’t quote me on this, but I think you’re going to want to combine a physics material with some (angular) drag. Play around with the variables to get the desired result. Why don’t you want to use (angular) drag anyway?

Note that physic materials have no effect on WheelColliders. Different ground materials are simulated by modifying the friction curves in the wheels.
