Physics2D.OverlapCircleAll. I need to detect colliders inside the circle

Hello, I have an object A that when a local variable reach 0, cast a overlapCircleAll function and interact with the objects B near. the problem is when one object B is stop above the object A, the raycast of the A object dont detect the B object because is inside him at the start.

I try adding Physics2D.raycastsStartInColliders=true; before the raycast, but dont work. Any ideas?

I just tested having a 1*1 circle collider 2D in an empty scene at 0,0,0, and did an overlapcircleall at 0,0,0 with radius of 2. I received a result.
