Does anyone have tips how to make pixel art without any art talent? When I saw without art talent I mean I can barely draw anything in real life. The thing is I want to be able to make pixel art and call it mine.

The good news is you don’t really need talent, all you need is practice my friend.
Talent helps - but practice will get you what you want also.

Agreed. But “all you need is practice” can be a bit misleading. Like, all you need is to put in 10,000 hours, right? 
Talent and practice are almost synonyms in my mind. The concept of “innate talent” is mostly BS. I think it exists, but it’s mostly something that comes through at the very high end of a particular craft, where no amount of practice can elevate the average person to that level. It doesn’t mean most people can’t learn to do good art, but I don’t quite think that’s what the OP was asking. 
So yeah, without practice, you cannot make good art. Learning how to draw I would think is something you’d want to tackle before jumping into a pixel editor and expecting miracles.
