What do you think and have you tried writing a comic or storyboarding your idea?
I really like the comparison to the big bang theory and how you bring in the technical progression of pixel displays. I think the story could be interesting and you could add elements from colour theory to add in alliances between certain colours and special units by combining colours et cetera.
Interesting start and hopefully you have some interesting gameplay ideas to carry it through.
If you are planning a game with a any type of cut scenes or cinematic intro, it should be storyboarded. It will save you time in the long run.
By including something like what you’ve done, even as a simple slide show cinematic (no animation other than the movement of the panels themselves) you completely explain the concept of your game to the user.
I’d included it for certain.
