Placing Unity Scene in real world of Project Tango device

Hi,

I’m very new to this and could hardly find any advice on this

Is there a simple means of placing the virtual object into a real world environment, initially just to make the real world as a background but solving the occlusion issue. And if further possible after this point, tying the object to the real world scene?

What are some starting points if I need to develop this myself?

One advice I found was “You could fix this problem by building your augmented reality scene with the experimental meshing enabled.”

However I can’t seem to find documentation on how to make this work.

Thank you,

I’ve also been looking into this and not having much luck either.

I know it’s an old question but if i did understand it right,
u just want to place virtual object in augmented reality, if so, Google Tango have made a guide to do so:

i hope this could help someone
