Plastic broken after using XLink

I cannot even describe the issue, you can see it now.

There are many problems like this across UI or when merging some stuff, not only related to the XLINk.

Basically we created different repository, shared common core code , we wanna link to our game project.
I pushed files there, then created XLINK to game project, for on my machine, the Xlinked folder is still empty. No idea how to download changes there…

My other dev has the changes there, so he tried to edit file and check it in, this worked, however then I try to pull his change, this happens and entire plastic is just broken.

Please open a ticket with UVCS support team directly and share the screenshots of Branch Explorer and the client log files.

You can find the latest log(debug) in the following path:
Windows path: %localappdata%\plastic4\logs\
Mac/Linux path: $HOME/.plastic4/logs/

It says you have pending merge links.

I’ve found that the plastic GUI is very buggy when it comes to xlinks/Update Workspace while you have pending changes. It often just won’t do anything, without actually telling you it’s not going to do anything.

Thank you, I knew about pending changes, however there was nothing I could do with them, removing, updating workspace, accepting did nothing, they were just stuck and you could not accept those pending changes.

Maybe you tried it outside the video, but I didn’t see you try undoing the pending changes. I think if you’d undone them, you could have accepted the incoming changes, including any xlink changes, and used Update Workspace.
