Plastic SCM, files shown as "Changed" even though it said "File are identical"

Title says all, these files are identical yet plastic think it’s changed.
Plastic itself knows that these files identical, so why are these considered as “changed”?

Pending Changes’ options is still the default.

“Check content (hash) when the file timestamp is modified” is enabled.

Is there anything else I can do to try to fix it?

Hi, if you explicitly check-out a file, it will appear in the “Pending Changes” view. Doesn’t matter if it has changes or not.
There is a setting in the “Pending Changes” options to decide if you want to show checkouts or not.
