Play an AVI (or MPG) at runtime (Windows)?

Yeah I know about OGV. I know there is a package that will write AVI’s to local Windows (stand alone) too.

Is there a nice package that will load and play an AVI or MPG at run-time? I don’t care about Mac or Mobile or web. Just windows. The others would be a bonus of course.
