Play mode process leaks

First off,

Thank you sooooo much for porting to Linux! It’s great to not have to boot into Windows/OS X anytime I want to develop with Unity.

When starting any blank scene in Play mode, after it is stopped, I believe that runtime is never stopped properly. One of my cores stays around 80-100% usage after play mode has stopped until I close the editor.
