Hello,
I get rejections from Play Store due to violation of “Families Policy Requirements: Families Device Identifiers”, apparently using IronSource SDK , it transmits the Android Advertising ID (AAID), which is not permitted for children users.
My game is declared as PEGI 3 in Play Store and I do implement a blocker popup in the beginning of the game where you have to agree for Terms of Use and Privacy policy.
Looking at top-tier games such as Candy Crash Saga and Clash Royal, I see that the games are listed as PEGI 3 on Play Store, though they are not implementing any age-screen.
When you launch the game they provide a popup saying that if you want to play you have to agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which they indicate (in short terms) that the user either has to be older than 13 years old or that the parent has to provide the consent to their children in order to play.
Does anybody can provide a feedback on this? Unless these top-tier games do not transmit the AAID which i hardly think so, cause i believe it affects hugely the monetization from ads.
Thanks,
Nikos
