Play Store with Unity Personal

Hi.

I would like to know if it is possible to upload games to the Play Store using the Unity Personal Edition (and therefore the Unity Splashscreen). I know that there are no license issues for that, but on some older questions people said that games with the default Splashscreen have been removed after a while.
So is Play Store accepting games made with Unity Personal at this moment?

Splash screen is a common practice to show your logo, company or technology to user while engine/client is being loaded in the background. Those games must be removed due to compatibility issues.
