Player camera blocks light from some surfaces

There is a shadow sphere that follows the player camera around. It doesn’t effect all surfaces but most of them. It is at about the same distance that some textures come in/go out of focus. I’ve messed with the settings but cant find what effects it. How do I fix this? Thanks.

Edit:

it actual only effects the lightmapped light. Realtime light works fine.

I resolved this by using single lightmaps and setting the lights to Baked only, But I believe one or the other would have done the trick.
