Player Settings Doesn't work and causes errors

When trying to build for Android, I clicked on:
File > Build Settings > Player Settings
and its completely blank and I get tons of random errors

I got almost exactly the same issue. Im facing it on Unity 2019.2.0f1. I tried if it worked any better on a bit older version of the game of mine, but it didn’t make any difference at all. So I guess I propably must go and try reinstalling unity next.

If i let the player settings tab in project settings, be active/open. It keeps giving me these same errors over and over again.
