PlayerInput Doesn't Trigger Device Lost When Dualsense is Disconnected using Bluetooth

I am on Unity 6000.0.27F1 and using the new Input System. I can connect my DualSense controller via Bluetooth and USB cable and both works fine. However, the player input component does not detect when the device connection is lost when it is connected via Bluetooth. It does detect when the DualSense is connected via USB cable though. Any idea what might be the issue?
