Is there a way to view the values stored in PlayerPrefs in the editor or in the file system?

On windows it’s in the registry:
HKCU\Software\[company name]\[product name]

I couldn’t find the PlayerPrefs in that folder, so I did a search for one and found mine for the development mode of the game in the editor are stored in the registry editor in
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Unity\UnityEditor\[Company Name]\[Product Name]
