Players in Photon Room can't see each other

Hello everybody. I’m trying to make a fps game, and I’m a newbie at coding. For some reasons, players can’t see each other in a room. I don’t know why it’s happening. Here’s the code I’m using to instantiate the player:

        if (PV.IsMine)
        {
            CreateController();          
        }
    }

    void CreateController()
    {        
        Transform spawnpoint = SpawnManager.Instance.GetSpawnPoint();
        controller = PhotonNetwork.Instantiate(Path.Combine("PhotonPrefabs", "PlayerController 1"), spawnpoint.position, spawnpoint.rotation, 0, new object[] { PV.ViewID });
    }

This is in my PlayerManager script where it handles all stuff related to the player. A player-manager gets instantiated whenever the client opens a room.

If you want to instantiate your character, you must call void CreateController()without if(PV.IsMine), try this void Start(){ CreateController(); }. I programmed with photon a long time ago, something may have changed.

@huberthetman9, it looks like it didn’t work. do you have any other suggestions?
