Player's Y coordinates continuously changing position

For some reason my player’s Y coordinates constantly keep jumping up and down to random locations.If i set the rigid body to Is Kinematic it still happens but is reduced to about 0.001 so is bearable but the player needs to be non kinematic,Does anyone have any idea what could cause this to happen?

I use playmaker and test it by using Get Position,and debugging the Y varialble

Edit>Oh I also forgot to mention while this is happening everything looks fine,It’s not until you call Get Pos that you notice it
