Playstation 4 Development

Hi!

I don’t know if this is the right forum, but I hope I can get some help anyway.

I want to develop for Playstation 4. I tried to register myself.
Has somebody done this before? It’s something I don’t understand.
First, my IP address doesn’t fit in the IP address field.
And what is Address range minimum and maximum?

And the last, I get this at the end:
Required Attachments

  1. Attach a PDF version of an official document identifying all the Directors of your entity, this could include one or more of the following:
  • Certificate of Incorporation

  • Latest Annual Return / Financial statement

  • Copy of your entry on Commercial Register (or equivalent) within your country / region.

  1. Attach a document describing your planned projects for PlayStation platforms.

Note: Multiple attachments can be uploaded. Maximum size of each file is 5MB.

I don’t have any Certificate of Incorporation. We are just two people! Me and my wife!

Why do I need to attach this PDF-file? I’m just a simple developer with my wife who make the graphics and design.

It should be easier to develop for consoles. And Sony doesn’t even have a visible e-mail address so I can contact them! At least it’s very hidden!

Hope Somebody here can help me a bit! At least give me an e-mail, so I can contact them!

You need a static ip and a registered corporation.

From what I’ve heard, out of all the console brands, Playstation has the most stringant standards to get a game on their consoles. One of my professors worked as a producer at EA back in the early 2000’s and said there was this huge binder they would send you with their standards and stuff that your game had to meet in order to satisfy Playstation’s quality standards. And this was EA, not some ma-and-pop shop indie company or something

So yeah, they probably aren’t just gonna let any old joe shmoe saunter over to their website and send in their game.

Have you published a game before?

Please direct all support requests to sony or your sony account manager, we can’t help you on these forums and are instructed to direct you to sony themselves.

None of what you posted has any relation to Unity, it’s between you and Sony.

Have you tried the contact form on http://www.scedev.net/ ?
