Hi. I’m a teacher. I could not find an official location to request unity features.

Dec 12, 2020 the learn.unity.com portal was down

I checked status.unity.com and there was no item to show it was down. Using ye ole facebook group for unity educators I was able to confirm other teachers and students had the same global issue.

Please can we add learn.unity.com to the uptime/downtime status dashboard?

Thanks so much, this is a great idea. Our team will look into adding Learn to this. And so sorry for any inconvenience caused by the downtime yesterday.

Thank you NealEdu and no worries. I’m glad it was only down for a day. It was a good lesson for students to take a break and find other tutorials and projects to work on. They know they can work without the guardrails or when their full time teacher has a substitute teacher and things go a bit into the weeds.
