"Please answer the question"

I’m currently installing unity on my computer and when I launch Unity the “Unity Activation” window reaches the survey section and I come to a problem that seems impassable at the moment.

It just repeatedly asks me

“Please answer the question” for Country of residence and Country of education institute.
I answer normally from the options listed. And it repeats itself as if I didn’t. I try different countries, no luck.

I’m currently just stuck in an endless loop of answer the question over and over. Has anyone else run into this problem or have any insight?

No, I haven’t seen that problem. Is there no way to skip the survey?

If you’re really stuck, I suggest you contact Unity directly and explain the problem. In my experience, they take this sort of thing quite seriously, and I would expect them to get back to you shortly.
