its fresh after launching project
now i minimized to browser and maximized unity back on, its even worse (i think)
what could bewrong? what should I do?
Odd. At a glance they remind me of graphics card artifacts. Do you have the latest graphics driver? Occasionally updating them can fix (or very rarely cause) problems.
im not sure if i have them installed, i tried the usual way i install them on this laptop but this time it didnt work and i assumed its because i use windows server 2019. idk what to do

It’s probably not the best idea to run Unity on a Windows Server OS. At least not when you’re trying to develop games.
Unity’s system requirements page says:
When seeking help on an Internet forum, when you figure out a solution, it’s good form to explain a little bit about what the solution was. People will google and find this thread years from now and wonder “damn, I have the same problem but no idea how they got it working.”
