Why wouldn’t it be possible? If you can download and install a game you can write a review for it. Below is a link for reporting reviews to Google. If he carries through with the threat submit a report with the full information.

Like I already mentioned you can report them if they make a negative review. Additionally you can report them to Fiverr.
