please need help, i got error i dont know

i got this error
im using amd… after googling around they said it was because TF need nvidia GPU but i got AMD.
then i search how to use AMD then it said it can support tensorflow 1.15 and it not using python 3.9 (the needed version for newest ml-agent)

anyone can help?

never mind… i installed python latest version 3.9 (installation said latest version) but yet mentioning 3.7 too
