I want that when I stretch out the BG the SklgrAgent should also stretch out

But when I stretch it out it doesn’t follow:

I think if you set the Rect Transform of SklgrAgent to stretch in both directions, then it will resize when you change the size of BG.

Click on the box in the upper-left of the Rect Transform in the inspector, then select the lower-right option:
