Plugin rejected – not a good fit? What can I do?

I’m working on a HealthKit plugin for iOS. I recently submitted the 1.0 to the asset store, and after 2 weeks it was finally rejected. All I got was the form-standard,

Is there any way to get more information? I’d like to know what I can change to make it a better fit, if anything, but replying to the rejection email yielded no response. Finally, a couple days ago I reached out to Unity support and got a response, but I’ll be honest it was incredibly unhelpful. They admitted they were unable to access the review team’s notes, which seems odd to me, but what’s most confusing is they told me,

I have absolutely no idea how anyone could come to that conclusion. I include pretty thorough documentation and code samples. An example scene that in no way could be confused with an app for end-users, and full source code. I’m really confused.

I mean, I understand that this is a niche asset. I’m not expecting to sell a bunch, but it was a fair amount of work and I think it could be really useful for people working on gamification or even people who use Unity but aren’t in games.

That’s too bad. Honestly, I would just resubmit it again and see if you get the same response. Definitely think a HealthKit plugin should one accepted, perhaps one of the reviewers accidentally hit the wrong button?

Maybe this is your selling point to the asset - you need to promote it this way.

Gamification tool for use in serious games to monitor health of subjects.

Maybe?

Thanks for the suggestions, both of you. I have updated the copy text & resubmitted; now I wait.

I’m hoping that if I do get rejected again, I’ll at least get a reason. If I do have to submit a third time I’ll try to play up the gamification aspect. It sure would be nice if someone at Unity could tell me the actual reason it was rejected, rather than just conjecture.
