Not sure if this is correct forum to put into, but certain member on forum cannot be contacted by PM, is there a way to get in touch with him even though that PM function to him is somehow disabled, not sure why.
Users have to individually change their settings if they want to receive PM’s from others or not, that’s why you are most likely not able to reach them.
