Point light affects a part of an object more than the rest of it.

Hello,
I am having problems with an object with one part being affected by Point and Spot lights much more than the the rest of the object.
This is what the object looks like with only a Directional light with all other lights disabled:

And this is what the object looks like with the Point lights without a Directional light:

The problem is that on floor tile is much lighter than the other ones. The texture is the same for all the floor tiles.

Anny suggestions?

Maybe the vertex normals of that tile are wrong. Hard to say. I would debug it in RenderDoc.
