I wasnt sure what to search for, for this question so it might have been answered before. If so, im sorry.
Im making a flare gun, and for the flare I have a prefab with high-range light that flickers slightly. Whenevr i launch my flare and it comes close to geometry, you can sort of see the “light boundary” if that makes any sense. I have attached a screenshot to show what I mean. Im not perfectly sure what is going on here. This is the only light in the scene. The range is high, is that the reason? As the flare slightly falls, the visible volume disappears and the light starts looking normal again.
