Policy on Including Free Assets in Retail Packages

I’m putting together a large package that uses functionality in scripts found in Standard Assets and on the Unity Wiki. Granted, they will be slightly modified, but I do plan on charging for the package as the majority of the content is custom-made.

I know that in the Unity Asset Store EULA, it mentions you need permission to include free asset store items in your packages. Nothing I include is from the asset store.

Looking closer on the Wiki, the content is provided under Creative Commons. Basically, I can use it for commercial purposes but “if you alter, transform, or build upon this work, you may distribute the resulting work only under the same or similar license to this one.” Does this mean the scripts used can not be part of a retail package? Can someone clarify?

Thanks
