Polybrush: scatter tool could use a size falloff

Hi, 2 quick suggestions:

One is for scatter brush, we would like to have a size falloff based on brush radius, currently it only influence the chance of a prefab showing up.

Two is for scatter loadout, we would like to chance of a prefab showing up be independent of each other, currently it appears to pick them using weighted random?

Both of these would make scattering rocks easier.

Alternatively, it would be cool to have an API that allow custom brush logic to be implemented.
