I want to open one window from unity.Application.OpenURl or ExternaEval won’t work with pop up blocker.Is there some other way to bypass the popblocker?I don’t want to use div html layers even.Pls help… 
That would make popup blockers useless if you just were able to bypass it
the answer is no.
What you have to do is to tell the user that you want to open a window for reason XY and that they have to disable the popup blocker on their page
Then it will work and you won’t lose all your users for trying to bypass their annoyance prevention
