Porting to various devices

I’m finished creating my App and uploaded it to the Windows Store, would like to now port and upload to stores for iPad and Android but I do not own those devices (own 2 Microsoft Surfaces).

Are there emulators that I can run on my Windows based PC, or do should I really get a device. I can’t see my self using an ipad since I have a couple Surfaces already.

Was thinking of porting it to iOS, making sure it runs well on an Emulator if one exists, then uploading to Apple Store. Then go into an actual Apple Store, there’s one 5 mins from my house, installing it and just checking that it works good.

Thoughts? Advice?

You’ll need devices. You’ll also need a Mac, assuming you want to make an iOS build. (How are you going to install an app onto a device in an Apple Store?)
