Is it possible to upload to app store using the beta version unity 4.6?
I’m new to unity and the new ui system seems so much easier to work with.
I tried building an apk and it worked with no problems at all, but i’m not really sure about uploading since i’m only doing that as a final year project for a company that i have the project with.
Yes, you can. If the 4.6 beta is not creating any showstopping bugs for you, then you may submit it to the app store.
The only real restriction in that sense with the beta is web players, because obviously no one has the 4.6 webplayer yet. But standalone releases are fine.
Ya you can submite fine with the beta I already put a joystick solution that uses the 4,6 ui on the store and had no problems.
Though unless your package is for 4.6 or needs it you should use the latest stable unity instead so people not in beta can use your asset.
