Hey I’m not sure if this is the right place but I couldn’t think of anywhere else to post this.
So basically I have a PowerA Switch pro controller and I’m trying to use it to test switch pro controller support for my game. I have an Xbox controller and it works well through the new Input System, and I want to see if it supports switch controllers as well.
The PowerA controller works fine on my computer (e.g. I can run other games with it like Steam games) but it doesn’t register any inputs at all in Unity. I’m making sure Steam is closed so there’s no interference from that. When I push “Listen” when creating a binding in Unity, none of the buttons even pop up when I press them. It’s like it’s not sending anything through Unity at all.
Does anyone know of a fix? Or at least a better place to ask this? I’ve tried all the usual stuff like turning it off and back on of course.
