Is the post processing work when switch to the metal in the hybird model.
Yep! Anything that works in regular Metal mode will work when you switch a VolumeCamera to Metal output. It won’t apply to any volumes being rendered on top of the compositor layer, but you can use post processing on the Metal content.
Note that, while you can use post processing with passthrough video on visionOS 2, you can’t apply post processing to the passthrough image, only virtual content.

I’ve tried it, but it doesn’t work(on actual device,visionOS 2.2 beta-4). Is there any examples project.

Ok, I have make it work on actual device, but the bloom effect is not work.( I think the reason is VP not support HDR)
HDR is supported, but you’ll need to Player settings and enable HDR output. I believe Bloom should be working on URP whether or not HDR is enabled. Can you submit a bug report (Help > Report a bug...
) so we can see what you’re seeing?
The Apple visionOS XR Plugin package samples should have post processing enabled. It’s subtle but I’ve confirmed that they work in that scene.
