Preferred, working method for Android SDK versions.

Sorry for my confusion as this was never an issue with previous versions of Unity.
I just upgraded to Unity 2019.3.13f1 and made sure to select the Android options as usual, but I get:

“Target Android SDK not installed Android SDK does not include your Target SDK of 23.”

How do I add the missing versions that I need? Do I need to download Android Studio, use its SDK Manager, download the missing versions. Also, wouldn’t I have to change the paths in Unity after every update. The options for letting Unity manage it says (recommended). I would rather have Unity manage it, but not sure how to add versions 23?

Current Unity path is: C:/Program Files/Unity/Hub/Editor/2019.3.13f1/Editor/Data/PlaybackEngines/AndroidPlayer\SDK
