Preventing webplayer plugin from loading

Hi, I’m new to Unity. I’ve got the indie version and I’m posting small demos into my blog site. However, when the main page loads, the plugins will load at the same time. So imagine I have 12 plugins, all of them will load and its annoying and sometimes causes the browsers to crash. Is there a way you can just click at the plugin then it loads? Like for example I have an image placeholder on top of the plugin then once I click on it will start executing / tags. Its something to do with Javascript or CSS.

Any advice?
