Previous lights decrease when new light is added

I made some industrial lamps, for a test set-up.
Their lighting consist of just two sources, a spotlight, and a point light.
But whenever I copy one of these lights, the first one placed gets dimmed.
If put my quality settings on fantastic, it allows just one extra light.
The light pixel count is set on 4, when I increase it, it allows for more Light.

Why are the default settings so low? Or am i pushing something already? Couldn’t Imagine that.
I also had a problem with the clipping pane, it was set to 1000, normally I could place things almost limitless and still see them.
I worked with Unity several months ago and had so much more lights in my scene without any of these problems.
I’m running a fresh install, what could be the problem?

I suppose you have reached the limit of you pixel light count. You can modify it by going in Edit->ProjectSettings->Quality.

Perhaps its related to the “Render Mode” property of the light, for default is set to “Auto” switch it to “Important” and see if it helps, “Auto” as far as i know increase or decrease the light intensity accorging of the objects in the scene and other lights.
