Pro license active but not working in the editor

I recently moved a license from one Windows machine to a new one. All seemed to be fine but now I’m using it at home and although I can see it’s active in the Hub when I open Unity the Pro skin isn’t available and under My account it has the option to “Upgrade to Pro”.
If I click on “Manage license” Unity just closes instantly.

Anyone had anything like this, got any ideas? Is it unhappy that I’m working over a network VPN, surely not?

I’ve put in a service ticket but they say it might take up to 10 days to get back to me due to high volumes!

Ok, so in fact Client services got back super fast!
After a bit of to and fro this seems to have worked:

Run the hub as administrator (my normal login doesn’t have admin rights) then reactivate the license.

After Windows 10 update to 2004 Unity License Manager seems to be broken. The process is hung. Unity loads but fails to accept my license.
