Problem redeeming promotional code on Windows Store

Hello,
I’m trying to provide some promotional codes to redeem on Windows Store for a consumable IAP items, but while I’m testing them I got this message “Looks like you already own this” and I don’t receive my item! And if I try to purchase the IAP item again I keep getting this message and can’t complete the purchase!
Purchasing the consumable IAP items with a credit card is working without any problem, I can purchase the same item multiple times, the problem is only happening when I redeem a promotional code.
Any idea about this problem and how to fix it?

Hi @SamOYUnity3D ,
I confirm that there is no products in pending status, and I can reproduce the issue on a different PC with a different Windows Store user.
Please to check the case number 1263101 and see if you can reproduce the issue on your side
