Problem when creating new project in HDRP Unity 2019

Hi! I am trying to create a new project in HDRP with versions of Unity 2019.1.2f1, 2019.1.8f1 and 2019.1.9f1 and with all of them I see the same error when trying to create the new project and it does not let me create it:

Can someone help me to solve this problem ??? I have installed the latest version of Unity Hub

I think in some cases this issue is due to too long path names. Maybe it’s not your issue right here but have you tried creating a project in a location with a short path ?
