Working on version 5.4.2 f2. In a large scene with lots of trees after messing arounf with the terrain settings Billboard Start, tree distance etc, trees started rendering like this. Even though all settings came back to default , problem persists. Any ideas?
This seems related to the shader on the trees. Note that it doesn’t refresh the trees look (at least not in 5.6.0p) when you tweak the shader/material on the tree prefab, so after every change, you have to go into terrain/trees, click Edit trees and then it refreshes.
To avoid going back and forward, put the tree prefab in a scene, tweak it, and then refresh. Will work ![]()
