Problem with black terrain

I’ve just built my project (Windows standalone) with the latest Unity and noticed, that my terrain got all black. No lights, no shadows - just pure black color on the ground. Default shader is used. In the editor (both editor and game view) everything is fine.
I’ve disabled skybox, skybox reflections, changed ambient lighting, switched between DX9 and 11, built both 32bit and 64bit, tried several quality settings, fullscreen/windowed, restarted PC - still no luck.
Anyone got something similar?

Try changing Material from Built In Standard to Custom (this worked for me)

In my scenario it was fog. Try to turn off fog
