Problem with Blender and animation.

Hello i have a model in Blender that animates its tank tracks when it moves forwards/backwards and rotates. I was wondering if there was a way to export the model with these animation parameters or if it would just be easier to export the model and animate it in Unity. Thanks for the help.

I believe that it would be best to export the object without its animation, but with bones, if you can, because I believe that Unity animation needs bones. Proceed to animate in Unity.
